Executive Board
Stella B. Dowling, CEO
An industry veteran with over 10 years experience within telecommunications and engineering technology
companies, Stella Dowling founded 1Source International in July of 2001.
Prior to founding 1Source, Stella served
as the Vice President of Sales for RF Consulting, an Atlanta-based engineering consulting firm specializing
in wireless communications networks. Prior to that, Stella served as Vice President of Sales
for Momentum Technology, a unified messaging company of which she was a co-founder and
equity holder.
Stella got her start in the conferencing industry in 1995 with Quorum Conferencing, where she was
a primary revenue producer, responsibile for more than
60% of the company's total revenues. In 1998 Stella developed into the role of Vice President
of Sales, leading Quorum Conferencing into acquisition.
Stella holds a BME degree from Florida State University.
Shannon L. Smith, Vice-President of Operations
Shannon Smith came to 1Source with over 8 years experience in the conferencing
industry. Shannon got her start in the industry with Quorum Conferencing, where she played a key leadership
role as supervisor in the Customer Service department. Shannon was promoted
to Account Manager with Citizens Conferencing and specialized in managing High Events Conference Calls
and Investor Relations Calls.
Ted Teofilak, Director
Ted Teofilak is a seasoned Telecom executive with 28 years in the business of building and operating
telecommunications networks. He is also the creator of three startup companies. Mr. Teofilak holds a
Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in the discipline of Technical Management.
