With Insta-Meet, you can conference up to 125 participants and begin a conference anytime, any place on the fly!

Complete Control and Security at Your Fingertips

Insta-Meet is an easy-to-use service that provides a high degree of meeting control and security. As the conference host, you are provided a unique passcode that allows you to start the conference. If your participants join first, they will hear music until you join the conference.

Once the conference begins, you have several options for managing the call using simple touch-tone prompts. For example, you can play back a voice roster of all meeting participants. If desired, you can place your participants in a “Lecture” mode which mutes their individual conference lines. You can also access an outside line to dial additional participants and bring them into the conference. A conference coordinator is available to assist you and your participants throughout your meeting at the touch of a telephone keypad.

Getting Started

• Sign Up: Sign up and receive a permanent, toll-free, dial-in phone number for your conference calls as well as passcodes for both you (as host) and your participants.
  
• Notify Participants: Notify your participants of the conference date and time as well as the dial-in number and passcode.
• Call In: At the designated conference time, simply call into your meeting. It's that simple!
