Insta-Meet Plus is an automated, reservationless, conferencing service that offers a reliable and simple solution for your everyday conference calls. No longer must a conference be scheduled in advance or require operator assistance. We make it easy for you by providing one toll free dial-in number for you to use for all your conference calls. With Insta-Meet Plus, you can conference up to 125 participants and begin a conference anytime, any place, on the fly! Plus, you can record the conference with the touch of your telephone keypad!

Complete Control and Security at Your Fingertips

Insta-Meet Plus is an easy-to-use service that provides a high degree of meeting control and security. As the conference host, you are provided a unique passcode that allows you to start the conference. If your participants join first, they will hear music until you join the conference. In addition, Insta-Meet Plus allows you to select a recording feature just prior to making your connection. Just listen for the prompts and press the *2 to begin your recording.

Once the conference begins, you have several options for managing the call using simple touch-tone prompts. For example, you can play back a voice roster of all meeting participants. If desired, you can place your participants in a “Lecture” mode which mutes their individual conference lines. You can also access an outside line to dial additional participants and bring them into the conference. A conference coordinator is available to assist you and your participants throughout your meeting at the touch of a telephone keypad.

Getting Started

1. Give your participants the date and time of the call, your Dial-in Number and your Conference Code.
   
   
2. At the specified time, dial your Insta-Meet Plus Dial-in Number.
   
   
3. When prompted, enter your Conference Code followed by #.
   
   
4. When prompted, press * to identify yourself as the call Leader, then enter your Leader PIN followed by #.
   
   
5. When prompted, enter your client matter code followed by the # sign. (This feature available upon request)
   
   
6. Press 1 to begin your conference. Your participants are placed on music hold until you join the call unless the Quick start feature is in use.
