Our goal is to simplify our customer’s communications efforts by providing tools that help them bring their employees, associates and clients closer at a fraction of the time and cost. Executive Board

Stella Dowling Shoup, Founder and CEO, opened the doors for business at 1Source International in 2001. Bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the field of conferencing and telecommunications, Stella has held several management positions, including Vice President of Sales of Quorum Conferencing, Vice President of Sales of Momentum Technology and Director of Marketing of RF Consulting.

Stella began her conferencing career in 1994 and came to be the leading sales revenue producer for Quorum Conferencing, which sold to Citizens Conferencing, later becoming a division of Premiere Global Services. Stella was the driving force, responsible for more than 60% of the revenue for the company. In 1998, Stella co-founded Momentum Technology, a telecommunications company specializing in One Number, Find Me Follow Me services. With Stella at the helm, Momentum secured a partnership with AT&T to sell and distribute the Personal Reach product.

Stella is an avid Florida State University fan, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree. She is a “hands-on” CEO and remains deeply involved in all day to day operations at 1Source International.

Margaret Tinsley, Vice President of Operations, joined 1Source International in April of 2008. With over 30 years experience in all aspects of business, including sales and customer service, Margaret’s background in management information systems and accounting makes her a valuable addition to 1Source International. In order to enhance the customer’s experience, Margaret is constantly looking to implement the most effective and efficient improvements in both the Accounts Receivable and the Accounts Payable departments.
