Your Participant Login Screen will open in a new browser window, and you will be asked to enter the MEETING NUMBER your moderator provided you with. If you have not yet conducted your browser test, you can do so by clicking on the Browser Test hyperlink on the login screen.

New Web-Pro 4.0 Upgrade Requires Simple Installation Procedure

1Source International is proud to announce that Web-Pro 4.0 is now available! Below are instructions for enabling Web-Pro 4.0 on your account as well as a list of helpful materials. This process — which will take less than 5 minutes of your time — will allow you to gain access to the most efficient and participant-friendly conferencing tool available today: industry's easiest access for your attendees - no need to have pop-ups disabled or use Java VM; low bandwidth Desktop VoIP; faster meeting initiation; thumbnail slide pre-view; and much more.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your existing version of Web-Pro (3.9) will remain available until September 1, 2007.

UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS:

Follow these steps to activate 1Source International Web-Pro 4.0 in your account:

Step 1:  Login to your 1Source International Meeting Center; go to Moderators: Start A Meeting, Enter your Meeting Number and PIN.

Step 2:  Once logged in, go to Set up - Preferences

Step 3:  In Preferences, click the General tab, select "NEW! Meeting Center Application" and click Install Now.

Step 4:  VERY IMPORTANT STEP - After install is complete, scroll to the bottom of the "General" screen and click Save.

Once installed, start and manage your voice and/or web meetings by simply clicking on the Meeting Launcher icon in your taskbar .
